HEALTHY BREAKFAST
Breakfas.- Most important meal of the day.
After fasting for hours of sleep, breakfast should provide
greater energy and balance, for the hours of the day with greater activity and
expenditure of physical and mental energy.
It is recommended to have breakfast no more tan one hour
after waking up avoid self- consumption (catabolism).
People who do not eat breakfast are more likely to be obese
due to prolonged fasting and when eating the first meal, the body will respond
by accumulating energy as a store, in fat deposits.
Due to limited preparation time due to work or school, the ideal is to
plan and design the menu in advance per week and purchase according to the menu.
It is important to cover basic nutrients as:
Protein sources,
their function is structural (formation of muscle tissue).
Carbohydrates, preferir complexer whit grains (they are a
source of energy).
Source of vitamins, minerals a dietary fiber from fruits and vegetables (which are
trasporters and protectors).

Two eggs in cake with
spinach
Two slices of whole wheat bread with grains or seeds
One third of avocado piece
A cup of Green tea or coffee
An orange into wedges.
